The Soho Grand Hotel is unveiling 10 luxury hotel suites to meet the demands of consumers as well as tastes. The new suites consist of a great view of the Manhattan skyline and are perfect for households or travelers who want a lot of space.

The Soho Grand Hotel has just added ten beautifully created suites to their space collection. Every single suite attributes separate living and sleeping quarters, custom furnishings and high end fixtures. The airy a single bedroom suites can sleep 4 comfortably with the selection of adding a second bedroom to accommodate up to six adults.

The addition of the suites follows the huge accomplishment of the Hotel’s Penthouse Lofts, which had been introduced in 2004. For Tony Fant, President and COO of Grand Hotels NYC, “the call for the suites was obvious after recognizing the shifting wants of our guests,” several of whom have been with the Hotels from the beginning. “Their requests have altered several have built households and call for far more space when traveling.” The suites are best for those staying at New York hotels for longer periods, traveling with their families, or just desiring a lot more room.

The Soho Grand Hotel looked to celebrated interior designer Bill Sofield, who has worked with the Manhattan hotel because its inception, to bring their vision to fruition “With the design of the suites for the 16th floor, we took benefit of the incredibly expansive views, bringing the connection of the city right into the rooms. To impart a far more private knowledge, the layout of each suite was carefully regarded as to create spaces for entertaining, relaxing and operating. The final result is a location guests must feel proper at home, albeit with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel.”

Sofield employed wealthy materials and textures in palettes of chocolate, champagne, and taupe. Solid steel, marble, and wood are softened by luxurious fabrics like velvet, silk, and supple leathers. Ebonized ash plank wood flooring is strewn with vintage area rugs. An appreciation for artistry is visible in the selection of custom and vintage pieces and in the workmanship of the cabinets, wire-glass mirror, and coffee table produced of recycled newspapers. Tables inspired by renowned artist Jasper Johns and the master bath’s wall covering was created by famed New Yorker illustrator, Saul Steinberg.

The suites are situated on a private floor of the Soho Grand Hotel, accessible only with an exclusive key card. Every single space is equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen plasma televisions and iPod dock &amp speakers. Operating desks have a 27-inch iMacs and an iPad pre-loaded with GrandLifeNYC’s carefully curated downtown City Guide.
